Criminal Law (Incest) (Amendment) Bill 2012: First Stage

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Punishment of Incest Act 1908 so as to increase the penalty for offences committed under section 2.

This Bill provides that penalties for females are brought into line with those existing penalties for males.
