I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Pearse Doherty - the future of Lifford Community Hospital, County Donegal; (2) Deputies Arthur Spring, Brendan Griffin, Martin Ferris and Tom Fleming - the future of the Shannon LNG Project, County Kerry; (3) Deputy James Bannon - the need to reconsider the position in relation section 23; (4) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the proposed amalgamation of the local development companies into local authorities; (5) Deputy Patrick Nulty - the decision to disband the panel for recruitment to the Dublin Fire Brigade Service; (6) Deputy Patrick O'Donovan - the need to review policy in relation to the insulation of local authority houses; (7) Deputy Jack Wall - the provision of funding in respect women's refuge centres; (8) Deputy Ciara Conway - the extension of the JobBridge scheme to lone parents and persons with disabilities; (9) Deputy Dan Neville - the urgency to appoint a permanent director to the National Suicide Prevention Office; (10) Deputy Paul J. Connaughton - the closure of St. Anne's Nursing Home, Woodford, County Galway; (11) Deputy Olivia Mitchell - the provision of health funded training, education and activation services in respect of disabled school leavers; (12) Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy - the need to prevent human trafficking; (13) Deputy Joe McHugh - the need to support the work of the Independent Commission for the Location of Victims' Remains; (14) Deputy Kevin Humphreys - the uncertainty regarding the proposed incinerator at Poolbeg, Dublin; (15) Deputy Barry Cowen - ambulance service facilities in Edenderry, County Offaly; (16) Deputies Joe Higgins and Clare Daly - the right of opponents of Shell's onshore gas refinery to protest peacefully; (17) Deputy Ciarán Lynch - the procedures under which a medical card is intended to remain valid while in the review process of the Health Service Executive; (18) Deputy Tom Hayes - the need to fast track applications for medical cards in respect of cancer patients and automated issuance for the terminally ill, through a dedicated unit within the medical card section; (19) Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - issues in relation to a person who entered the property of a citizen with criminal intent and was found to have an entitlement by way of an insurance claim against the householder; (20) Deputy Brendan Smith - the appeals mechanism for small schools that are affected by changes to the staffing schedule; (21) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the need to resolve the problems for the residents of Priory Hall, Dublin; (22) Deputy Mick Wallace - the loss of guidance counsellors from Gorey Community School, County Wexford; and (23) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the court appearances of protestors to the Corrib oil and gas project. The matters raised by Deputies Arthur Spring, Brendan Griffin, Martin Ferris, Tom Fleming, Joe McHugh, Ciarán Lynch and Brendan Smith have been selected for discussion.
