That, in relation to the role of the Oireachtas Joint Committee under the Broadcasting Act 2009, the papers connected therewith of the Joint Committee on Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, established by Orders of Dáil and Seanad Éireann of 23 and 24 October 2007, respectively be referred to the Joint Committee on Communications, Natural Resources and Agriculture established by Orders of Dáil and Seanad Éireann.
