I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act in the public interest to regularise the practice of cremation in Ireland and to establish a self-financing Burial and Cremation Regulatory Authority to oversee the sustainable planning, building and operation of all cemeteries and crematoria.
