I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Michael P. Kitt - cinneadh an Rialtas deireadh a chur le oifig reachtúil neamhspleách an Choimisinéara Teanga; (2) Deputy Catherine Murphy - the consequences of the removal of the cap on retail space; (3) Deputy Catherine Byrne - the need for immediate intervention to prevent future flooding and flood damage to properties along the Camac and Poddle rivers in Dublin city; (4) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the introduction of VAT on admission charges to open farms and pet farms; (5) Deputy Sean Fleming - given the amalgamation of the Equality Authority and the Human Rights Commission, the need to outline the situation facing staff who have been decentralised to the Equality Authority in Roscrea, County Tipperary; (6) Deputies Tom Hayes, Seamus Healy and Mattie McGrath - the proposed closure of Kickham Barracks, Clonmel, County Tipperary; (7) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the need for the Minister for Health to review under the Voluntary Health Insurance Acts the inclusion of services for citizens with an eating disorder in public and private hospitals and clinics, to outline if he is concerned that citizens with an eating disorder may not be covered under their health insurance plan for treatment, and to make a statement on the matter; (8) Deputy Joe Costello - the need to ensure that the necessary repair work is carried out on gas flues in the Foundry, the Kiln and the Forge, Railway Street, Dublin 1; (9) Deputy Clare Daly - the removal of the drug Pradaxa from being available on the medical card scheme; (10) Deputy Simon Harris - the need for the provision of full respite services at St. Coleman's Hospital, Rathdrum, County Wicklow; (11) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the need to put in place annual funding for the Northside Community Law Centre, Dublin; (12) Deputy Seamus Kirk - the position regarding St. Joseph's Hospital, Ardee and the Cottage Home, Drogheda, County Louth; (13) Deputy Brendan Smith - the need to maintain the status of the Lisdarn Nursing Unit for the Elderly, Cavan town; and (14) Deputy Mick Wallace - the suspension of the "Prime Time Investigates" programme.

The matters raised by Deputies Michael P. Kitt, Catherine Byrne, Terence Flanagan and Joe Costello have been selected for discussion.
