I move:

That Dáil Éireann–

(1) notes the Progress Report of the Joint Committee on Investigations, Oversight and Petitions which was laid before the Dáil on 28th September, 2011; and

(2) hereby amends the Order of the Dáil of 8th June, 2011 by the substitution of '27th January, 2012' for '30th September, 2011' in paragraph (1).
