I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Michelle Mulherin - the need for the Minister for Education and Skills to consider locating the new headquarters for the proposed merged VECs of Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim in County Mayo and to outline the criteria which will be considered in the location of such a headquarters; (2) Deputy Simon Harris - the need to introduce measures to support retailers in combatting fraudulent on-line purchases, including the need for additional security measures to be put in place when credit cards are used on-line, to help prevent retailers suffering losses as a result of on-line fraud; (3) Deputies Joe Costello and Robert Dowds - the need to develop the use of the Drug Treatment Court; (4) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the real threat of the closure of a community employment scheme tomorrow in Shankill called Befriending the Elderly which will see nearly 60 old people without support services to bring them to doctor appointments and hospital appointments among other things and four staff losing their jobs; (5) Deputy John O'Mahony - the need to address the time for processing passport applications; (6) Deputy Joanna Tuffy - the plans to reduce the number of Deputies following census 2011; and (7) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the need to take steps to ensure the safety of residents in Priory Hall and the further need to complete a masterplan for the whole of Dublin's north fringe.

The matters raised by Deputies John O'Mahony, Joanna Tuffy, Thomas Broughan, Joe Costello and Robert Dowdshave been selected for discussion.
