I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Nicky McFadden - the provision of an extension to Baylin national school, Athlone, County Westmeath; (2) Deputy Tom Fleming - the provision of new community hospital for Kenmare, County Kerry; (3) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the termination of the provision of funding to the Rape Crisis Network Ireland and SAFE Ireland; (4) Deputy John O'Mahony - the threat to 1,200 jobs at a company (details supplied) in the west of Ireland; (5) Deputy Séamus Healy - the need to commence the bypass of Tipperary town on the N24; and (6) Deputy Catherine Murphy - the way in which non-teaching staff, such as those involved in catering, maintenance and administration, are deemed to be public servants under the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No 2.) Act 2009.

The matters raised by Deputies Catherine Murphy, Mattie McGrath and John O'Mahony have been selected for discussion.
