Before coming to the Order of Business, I propose to deal with a number of notices under Standing Order 32 and will call on the Deputies in the order in which they were received.

I request the adjournment of the Dáil to raise the decision of the Health Service Executive to terminate all funding to Rape Crisis Network Ireland and Safe Ireland, affecting all existing and planned work on preventing and addressing child sexual abuse and sexual and domestic violence; and the totally inadequate terms of reference issued for the selection of a future service provider.

I request the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Health and Children to urgently reverse the decision by the Health Service Executive to terminate funding, with effect from 30 June, to Rape Crisis Network Ireland and Safe Ireland which provide vital services in addressing child abuse, sexual and domestic violence; and to make a statement on the matter.

Having considered the matters raised, they are not in order under Standing Order 32.
