I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - the need to reintroduce the excise duty rebate in respect of diesel to coach operators; (2) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the impact of the changes made in budget 2011 to the primary school transport scheme; (3) Deputy Joe Higgins - the plans to reduce accident and emergency hours at James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown, Dublin; (4) Deputy Ray Butler - the security measures being put in place for the visits of Queen Elizabeth II and President Obama, particularly in view of a pipe bomb having being found last week in Trim, County Meath; and (5) Deputy Joe Costello - the export of Irish greyhounds to the People's Republic of China.

The matters raised by Deputies Mattie McGrath, Ray Butler, Joe Costello and Joe Higgins have been selected for discussion.
