I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected and nominated as representatives and alternates from Ireland to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe until the end of 2011: Deputy Frank Fahey, leader of the delegation, Deputies Jim O'Keeffe and Brian O'Shea, and Senator Cecilia Keaveney. The alternates are Deputies Peter Kelly and Maureen O'Sullivan, and Senators Terry Leyden and Joe O'Reilly.
