Before coming to the Order of Business, I propose to deal with a notice under Standing Order 32.

I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the following urgent matter, namely, the urgent need to support all patients with cystic fibrosis by providing proper facilities and services; to strongly support the medical and scientific council of the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland in its lobby today for resources to treat people with cystic fibrosis; to call on the Health Service Executive to clarify and commit to 34 en suite rooms for cystic fibrosis patients at St. Vincent's Hospital and end confusion on the matter; and to deplore the delays in building this unit when other non-essential building projects have been completed over the past five years.

Having considered the matter raised, it is not in order under Standing Order 32.
