I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Leo Varadkar - the loss of beds in hospitals in north Dublin; Deputy Jan O'Sullivan - the proposed cystic fibrosis unit at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin; (3) Deputy Mary Upton - the position regarding the free pre-school year; and (4) Deputy James Bannon - the position regarding the national network of cycle paths.

The matters raised by Deputies Varadkar, Jan O'Sullivan, Upton and Bannon have been selected for discussion and will be taken now.
