Employment Agency Regulation Bill 2009: Order for Second Stage
Bill entitled an Act to provide for the licensing of employment agencies that carry on business in the State; to provide for the recognition of employment agencies that are permitted to carry on business in certain countries of the European Economic Area; to repeal the Employment Agency Act 1971; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
