I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves the accession by Ireland to the terms of the Agreement for co-operation in dealing with Pollution of the North Sea by Oil and other Harmful Substances, as amended by the Decision of 21 September 2001 by the Contracting Parties to enable the Accession of Ireland to the Agreement (the Bonn Agreement), copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 18th November, 2009.
