I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Ulick Burke - the need to provide dental support services to a pupil involved in an accident at school; (2) Deputy Chris Andrews - the need to promote Georgian Dublin and have it designated as a UNESCO heritage site; (3) Deputy James Reilly - the need for remedial safety works to be undertaken at Ward Cross, County Dublin; (4) Deputies Pat Breen, Jan O'Sullivan, Kieran O'Donnell and Joe Carey - the future of Aer Lingus at Shannon Airport; (5) Deputy Martin Ferris - the threatened closure of Ballyloughran Activity Centre, Lisselton, County Kerry; (6) Deputy John O'Mahony - the provision of funding to Mayo Abbey national school; (7) Deputy Joe Costello - the provision of a permanent school building for Gael Scoil Bharra, Cabra, Dublin 7; (8) Deputy Michael D. Higgins - the need to take action to assist in the safe release of Father Michael Sinnot, kidnapped in the Philippines; (9) Deputy Michael McGrath - the provision of dedicated facilities at Cork University Hospital for the treatment of cystic fibrosis patients; (10) Deputy James Bannon - the issuing of appointments for consultants at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, County Westmeath; (11) Deputy Jimmy Deenihan - the imminent closure of Ballyloughrin Sports and Leisure Centre, Lisselton, County Kerry, with the loss of 28 jobs and the withdrawal of state of the art leisure and sporting facilities from the local community; (12) Deputy Lucinda Creighton - the urgent need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, to address the failure of Mountjoy Prison to provide safe or secure custody for prisoners as highlighted by the August 2009 report of the Inspector of Prisons; (13) Deputy Mary Upton - that the Government will ensure that the facilities and services in Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children, are protected to ensure that the children of the State have adequate health care.

The matters raised by Deputies Michael McGrath, Deputies Pat Breen, Jan O'Sullivan, Kieran O'Donnell and Joe Carey and Deputy Michael D. Higgins, have been selected for discussion.
