I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Shatter, Michael D. Higgins, Costello and Cuffe - the finalisation of adoption agreements with Vietnam and Russia; (2) Deputy Bannon - the reason that application forms in respect of funding under the lottery sports grants for 2009 are not yet available; (3) Deputy O'Donnell - the provision of adult day services for six young adults who attend the Daughters of Charity services for the intellectually disabled, St Vincent's, Lisnagry, County Limerick, and who are now leaving primary school and rehabilitative training; and (4) Deputy Burton - the proposed closure of Mountview Community crèche, Dublin 15.

The matters raised by Deputies Shatter, Michael D. Higgins, Costello and Cuffe, and Burton have been selected for discussion.
