I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Mary Alexandra White - the need, in light of reports in today's Kilkenny People about alleged toxic heavy metals, including cadmium, on a farm in north County Kilkenny, for the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to publish immediately the pending report of his Department's investigation into the farm; (2) Deputy Dinny McGinley - an cinneadh atá déanta ag Largo Foods/Bia Ghaoth Dobhair idir 123 agus 170 oibrí a ligint chun bealaigh agus an geár-ghá atá le malairt fostaíochta a chur ar fáil chomh luath agus is féidir; (3) Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh - the need for the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs to reverse his decisions to dissolve the national drugs strategy team and lay off its staff before an effective mechanism is in place to undertake the work and support that they have provided to the 24 drug task forces and over 600 drugs projects and services and to make a commitment that the sector which was already heavily hit by funding cuts this year will not be subjected to further cut backs; (4) Deputy Simon Coveney - the process by which a commercial DTT licence will be granted in view of the withdrawal by Boxer; (5) Deputy Frank Feighan - the building of a school at Cloghan, Boyle, County Roscommon; (6) Deputy Thomas Byrne - the need for greatly increased on-the-spot fines and other penalties for illegal dumping; and (7) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the current position regarding operations and the maintaining of jobs at SR Technics, Dublin Airport and at Lufthansa Technic Airmotive, Rathcoole, County Dublin.

The matters raised by Deputies Thomas P. Broughan, Dinny McGinley, Simon Coveney and Frank Feighan have been selected for discussion.
