I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of urgent local and national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to ensure that farm invoices under the farm waste management scheme are returned to farmers as promised last January so they can reclaim their VAT; and also the need to debate the complete collapse of income in the dairy farming sector and farming in general.

I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the consequences of the increases in school bus fares for dependent families, and the unnecessary costs inflicted on low-income families which will lead to families sharing transport to and from schools and have a knock-on effect on the future viability of school bus operators and inevitably lead to many operators joining the expanding dole queues.
