I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Leo Varadkar — the provision of a primary health care centre in Corduff, Dublin 15; (2) Deputy Mary Alexandra White — the rates levied on community groups with charitable status; (3) Deputy Thomas Byrne — the need for new Garda stations in the rapidly expanding towns of County Meath that currently are without Garda stations; (4) Deputy Joe Costello — the need to proceed, without delay, with the metro north and Luas BX/D projects; (5) Deputy James Bannon — the need for the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism to explain the reason applications forms for funding under the national lottery sports grants for 2009 are not yet available and when he envisages such grants will be paid; (6) Deputy Beverley Flynn — the provision of school transport to pupils attending scoil naisiúnta An Trianlair and Srah national school, County Mayo; (7) Deputy Dan Neville — the palliative care-hospice support unit in St. Ita's Community Hospital, Newcastle West, County Limerick; (8) Deputy Andrew Doyle — the marketing and labelling of seafood products worldwide; (9) Deputy Alan Shatter — the failure of the Department of Education and Science and the Department of Finance to implement the Labour Court decision No. FTD 0819 made on 10 December 2008 in favour of Margaret Moran of 90 The Rise, Mount Merrion, and the prejudice being caused to her and to public confidence in the value of determinations made by the Labour Court applicable to the State and State agencies; and (10) Deputy Róisín Shortall — the provision of replacement housing for the 500 families still living in Ballymun flats, Dublin.
