Three amendments to the motion have been tabled. Amendment No. 2 is consequential on amendment No. 1. I call on Deputy Kenny, being the leader of the larger party, to move amendment No. a1 in his name.

I move amendment No. a1:

To delete "6.30 p.m." and insert "midnight".

Question, "That the words proposed to be deleted stand part of the main question", put and declared carried.

Amendment declared lost.
