I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Criminal Justice Acts, to abolish automatic remission of sentences in criminal cases, to provide a minimum 25 year term to be served on conviction of murder, to provide civil restrictions on persons involved in organised criminal activity and to provide for connected matters.

As it is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must be taken in Private Members' time.
