I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of urgent national importance, namely, the scandal that more than 5,000 patients in the north east will have their X-rays and CT scans reviewed as a result of concerns about the work of a radiologist employed by the Health Service Executive and that the extent of this review was denied last February by the HSE thus raising serious doubts about the credibility and integrity of the HSE.

Having considered the matter raised, it is not in order under Standing Order 32.
