I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Joanna Tuffy — speech therapist's position at Rowlagh health centre; (2) Deputy Jimmy Deenihan — new school proposed at Blennerville, Tralee, County Kerry; (3) Deputy Alan Shatter — the closure of respite care services in Leopardstown Park Hospital; (4) Deputy Darragh O'Brien — the need for the home scheme operated by Tara Healthcare, which serves all hospitals in Dublin, to be expanded nationwide; (5) Deputy Chris Andrews — the introduction of sale of flats scheme; and (6) Deputy Joe Costello — the need to update the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977 to ensure that multiple sclerosis patients can avail of the best treatment under medical prescription.

The matters raised by Deputies Joanna Tuffy, Alan Shatter, Jimmy Deenihan and Chris Andrews have been selected for discussion.
