I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Eamon Scanlon — when funding will be made available for the new fire station in Ballymote, County Sligo; (2) Deputy Frank Feighan — to ask why Roscommon County Council's water waiver system has not remained in place for elderly and-or hardship cases in County Roscommon since a new service provider, on behalf of the council, has taken over collecting water rates; (3) Deputies Pat Breen and Timmy Dooley — the need for the €39 million redevelopment of Ennis General Hospital to proceed; (4) Deputy Pat Rabbitte — the need to address the concerns expressed regarding the manner of the discharge of functions by the Refugee Appeals Tribunal; (5) Deputy Joe Costello — to address the asylum applications of certain individuals; (6) Deputy Deirdre Clune — the need to ensure that Cork University Dental School and Hospital will provide a service for adult special needs patients to have restorative treatment under general anaesthesia; (7) Deputy Kathleen Lynch — the capacity of the National Rehabilitation Hospital to cope with the number of patients who require rehabilitative treatment, the waiting times for patients to access care in the NRH, the delay in the publishing of the national review on neurology and clinical neurophysiology services and the shortage of neurology specialists in the health system; (8) Deputy Brian Hayes — the need to make an early decision in respect of an application on the part of a school in Dublin 24; and (9) Deputy Joe Carey — to allow Barefield national school, Ennis, County Clare's application for a major extension to move to tender stage in the next round of project announcements to be made by her Department.

The matters raised by Deputies Breen and Dooley, Clune, Brian Hayes and Rabbitte have been selected for discussion.
