Before coming to the Order of Business, I propose to deal with a notice under Standing Order 32. I call Deputy Ferris.

I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the need to include people in receipt of fuel allowance in the greener homes scheme as a means of promoting greater energy efficiency and fuel conservation and to alleviate the problem of fuel poverty that affects so many of the most vulnerable in society.
