I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Legal Practitioners (Qualification) Act 1929, the Solicitors Acts 1954 to 2002, the European Communities (General System for the recognition of Higher Education Diplomas) Regulations 1991 and to provide for related matters.
