I thank all Deputies who contributed to the debate on the Bill. I also express my appreciation to the Ceann Comhairle, the Leas-Cheann Comhairle, Acting Chairmen, committee members and staff of the Houses for assisting with the passage of the Bill through the Oireachtas. The Bill will facilitate the implementation of the new mandate for Shannon Development and will provide a statutory guarantee for staff who transfer from the company to Enterprise Ireland that their terms and conditions of employment will be protected.

Question put and agreed to.
