I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2002 to restore the obligations in relation to the provision of social and affordable housing which existed under Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000 prior to the amendment of that Act in 2002.
