I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy McHugh — the need for the Minister to give approval for the DBO element of a scheme to commence; (2) Deputy McCormack — that the Minister outline the situation of management companies in housing estates; (3) Deputy Seán Ryan — that funding to be made available to Fingal County Council for the restoration and repair of Balbriggan and Skerries Harbours; (4) Deputy Pat Breen — that the Minister give the mid-west regional authority's executive economic and tourism development group a meaningful consultative role in the Shannon region; (5) Deputy Connolly — to discuss the Irish-Vietnamese adoption process; (6) Deputy Crowe — that the Minister address the housing situation, where house prices have risen by a massive 270% over the past ten years; (7) Deputy Penrose — that the Minister provide funding from her Department for a secondary school's new entrance; (8) Deputies Finian McGrath and Broughan — to discuss crime and violent shootings on the north side of Dublin; (9) Deputy Cowley — that the Minister explain the reason Ballina Town Council has encroached upon a special area of conservation for a car park; and (10) Deputy Neville — the Irish Association of Suicidology and Samaritans media guidelines for the portrayal of suicide.

The matter raised by Deputies Seán Ryan, Finian McGrath and Broughan, Penrose and McHugh have been selected for discussion.
