I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Cowley — that the Minister re examine the polluter pays principle on sewerage schemes as it applies to certain areas; and (2) Deputy Broughan — that the Minister ensure that a waste management centre is not constructed at an amenity open space (details supplied).
The matters raised by Deputies Cowley and Broughan have been selected for discussion.
