I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Gilmore — to discuss the case of a person (details supplied) who has lost their rent allowance and is facing eviction from their home; (2) Deputy Burton — to discuss school places at a school (details supplied) where children are failing to get places for junior infants for September 2006; (3) Deputy Catherine Murphy — that the Minister outline his views on the proposal to change the airspace licence at Weston Aerodrome; (4) Deputy Ó Caoláin — the need for the Minister to make herself fully accountable to the Dáil for the crisis in our health services; (5) Deputy Ferris — the decision by the ESB to decommission the Tarbert power plant; and (6) Deputy Pat Breen — that the Minister immediately increase funding to the HSE so that subvention levels for nursing home care could be increased.

The matters raised by Deputies Pat Breen, Gilmore, Catherine Murphy and Burton have been selected for discussion.
