Health (Hospitals Inspectorate) Bill 2006: First Stage.

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment by the Minister for Health and Children of a hospital inspectorate, to provide for the functions of the inspectorate, and to provide for related matters.
