Before moving to Question Time, I wish on my behalf, and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann, to offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to our parliamentary colleagues from the Environment, Planning and Countryside Committee of the National Assembly of Wales. They are with us today in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery and are led by their Chairperson, Mr. Glynn Davies. I express the hope that you will find your visit enjoyable, successful and to our mutual benefit.
