I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Cassidy — that the Minister give an update on the development of phase 2B at Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar; (2) Deputy Bruton — if the Minister will give approval to the establishment of a new school operating the applied behaviour analysis method for Dublin's north side; (3) Deputy Neville — Adare sewerage scheme; (4) Deputy Cowley — to ask the Minister the reason for the gross irregularities in the reporting of a fatal accident (details supplied); (5) Deputy Durkan — to discuss the deportation of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin given this person's serious health condition and history of abuse; (6) Deputy Healy — to ask the Minister if he will intervene with An Post to accept the offer by Cahir Development Association to purchase Cahir post office, County Tipperary; (7) Deputy Connolly — to discuss the funding of the Ballybay Derryvalley wetlands centre project; (8) Deputy Devins — to discuss the closure of Seahan Media factory in Sligo with the loss of 91 jobs; (9) Deputy Wall — to ask the Minister the estimated value to the Exchequer of the Ryder Cup and its associated events; (10) Deputy McGinley — the decision of Magee to close its manufacturing unit in Donegal town with the loss of 60 jobs; (11) Deputy Naughten — that the Minister provide ring-fenced funding to address existing service deficits and develop new services for people with developmental and learning disabilities in the Ballinasloe area; (12) Deputy Crawford — the need to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that funding is made available to allow the Castle Sanderson scouting project to go ahead; (13) Deputy Hayes — to ask the Minister the reason she has not yet approved the completion of phase 2 of the PCCC capital development at two hospitals (details supplied) in County Tipperary; (14) Deputy Lynch — to ask the Minister if her attention has been drawn to the number of children with diabetes being treated by the paediatric diabetes unit at Cork University Hospital; (15) Deputy Costello — the need for the Minister to establish an inquiry into the death of Mr. Terence Wheelock; (16) Deputy Kelleher — the action the Minister is taking to provide adequate resources to address the chronic waiting list for orthodontic services in Health Service Executive southern region; (17) Deputy Sargent — the action the Minister is taking to end the high levels of carnage on Irish roads; and (18) Deputy Harkin — to ask the Minister to discuss the current status of the new primary and secondary schools in Mohill, County Leitrim.

The matters raised by Deputies Cassidy, McGinley and Cowley have been selected for discussion.
