I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Deenihan — to ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children her views on the threatened work-to-rule buy the INO at Kerry General Hospital; (2) Deputy Cowley — to ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if she will provide the necessary additional funding to increase bed capacity in hospitals; (3) Deputy Costello — to ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs to extend the time for recipients of one parent family payments to collect their payments; (4) Deputy Gilmore — the need for a State investigation into the death of a person (details supplied) from variant CJD; (5) Deputy Catherine Murphy — that the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government ensure that the recommendations of a consultant's report relating to wastewater requirements is fully implemented; and (6) Deputy Gogarty — the need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to investigate procedures and practices in Fingal County Council.

The matters raised by Deputies Deenihan, Gilmore and Costello have been selected for discussion.
