I move:

That statements on the Vote for the Health Service Executive shall take place at 2.20 p.m. and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 70 minutes, and the following arrangements shall apply: subject to the second arrangement, below, the statements shall be confined to the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children and the main spokespersons for the Fine Gael Party, Labour Party and the Technical Group, who shall be called upon in that order, and shall not exceed ten minutes in each case; Members may share time; and immediately following the statements the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children shall take questions for a period not exceeding 30 minutes.
