Double Taxation Relief Orders: Referral to Select Committee.

I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following Orders in draft: Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of Chile) Order 2005, Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Portuguese Republic) Order 2005, Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Adjustment of Profits of Associated Enterprises) (Accession States) Order 2005, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 15 November, 2005, be referred to the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 6 December, 2005, send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
