I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Neville — to ask the Minister for Education and Science to look at the issue of school transport for the secondary school Salesian College in Pallaskenry; (2) Deputy Healy — the need for the Minister for Health and Children and the Health Service Executive to implement the High Court agreement for the provision of general hospital services in south Tipperary; (3) Deputy O'Sullivan — the need for the Minister for Education and Science to reconsider her decision to disband the advisory committee for the deaf and hard of hearing; (4) Deputy Stagg — the need for the Minister for Social and Family Affairs to reconsider the reduction by 40% of the hours available for the home help service in County Kildare since 2002; (5) Deputy Andrews — the need for the Minister for Transport to guarantee that the appeals currently before An Bord Pleanála in relation to mobility access works associated with the DASH project will no delay the completion of all works; (6) Deputy Sargent — the need for the Government to ensure that local authorities put in place the necessary facilities for receiving and composting of green waste as a matter of urgency; and (7) Deputy Timmins — the need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to issue a directive under section 60 of the Waste Management Act 1996 to have all waste dumped illegally at the site known as O'Reilly's, Whitestown, Stratford-on-Slaney and the Roadstone Lands in Blessington.

The matters raised by Deputies Andrews, O'Sullivan, Sargent and Timmins have been selected for discussion.
