I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Shortall — the urgent need to make regulations to require specific planning permission for change of use for retail premises in the case of off-licences; (2) Deputy Broughan — the urgent need to re-examine the proposed closure of Greendale community school, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5; (3) Deputy Fiona O'Malley — to discuss the implications on traffic management of the Minister's decision not to raise the height of the Dublin Port tunnel; (4) Deputy Durkan — the needless hardship caused to applicants for rent support in north Kildare by the application of the cuts imposed in the 2004 budget (details supplied); (5) Deputy Gormley — to discuss the erection of a mobile phone mast on the roof of the OPW buildings in Rathmines, close to a school, in light of the latest evidence from the Stewart inquiry in Britain; (6) Deputy Sargent — that the Minister report on his actions as regards the missing plutonium at Sellafield; and (7) Deputy Naughten — that the Minister secure the location of the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training for the midlands.

The matters raised by Deputies Naughten, Fiona O'Malley, Broughan and Sargent have been selected for discussion.
