I wish to advise the House of the following matter in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member: Deputy Ó Snodaigh — the need for the Minister to take urgent action to redress the chronic underfunding of mental health services at St. James' s Hospital. The matter raised by the Deputy has been selected for discussion.
