To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government whether it is intended to change the terms and conditions of the vacant property refurbishment grant to extend the timeframe in which work has to be completed, taking into account the shortage of registered contractors available for such work and the knock-on delay caused by the Covid pandemic to building works in general; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
