To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the number of properties for which a vacant homes grant has been approved; the number of properties where a grant has been paid; whether he is concerned that the number of paid grants is much lower than the number approved even allowing a reasonable time to carry out the work; the steps he intends taking to deal with this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
