I am nearly finished. Nóiméad amháin, más é do thoil é. Will the Taoiseach, therefore, prioritise a full and immediate reform of the system in order that the costs can be contained? More importantly, will he do that so the criminals who repeatedly terrorise rural communities do not feel as if they have a never-ending pot of legal resources to attack rural communities?
