Subsequent to me sending the dossier, an individual approached me following articles in a newspaper about an allegation of sexual abuse that was dealt with by the DPP back in 2006 with regard to a case from 1997 or 1998. The alleged victim at the time said to me that the DPP had made a decision on it but was anxious that the Guerin investigation would cover the manner in which the case was handled.
