Seanad amendment No. 7:Section 10: In page 75, between lines 17 and 18, to insert the following:“(2) For the avoidance of doubt, subsection (1) does not apply to the construction of—(a) the expression “holding company”, where that expression is used without qualification, in Parts 2 to 14; or (b) any related expression, where used without qualification, in those Parts.”.
