Anybody can easily check what happened CO2 emissions since 2011. All the data is on Eirgrid website and just needs to be extracted and "number crunched":

I have already done this but would encourage others to do their own :

My analysis showed that despite adding nearly 300MW wind on the system between 2011 and 2013, the Co2 emissions remained the exact same. No fuel or Co2 savings were made.

It would appear that the savings claimed for wind only exist in computer models.
