I thank Deputy Finian McGrath for his contribution. Perhaps he might inform us whether the secret deal he concluded with Bertie Ahern included the fixing of water pipes in the Marino area. The Deputy refers to said deal on many occasions but he has failed to publish details of it. There is no record of the deal in the Taoiseach's office.
