When a solution is arrived at in these cases, the people in question can contribute fully to the growth and development of the economy. Quite rightly, the focus and concentration of the Central Bank and the Government, through the Cabinet committee, is on the opportunity to focus on distressed mortgage holders, bring about resolutions and clean up the mess the previous Government left behind it.
