To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the way it is intended to incorporate the citizen-user of public services as a represented party in the ongoing public service pay and performance negotiations to replace the Croke Park agreement; if he foresees any role for the citizen user of public services in these negotiations in terms of the overall reforms of the public service which are planned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
